General Manager of Malmaison Birmingham
Graeme Nesbitt joined Malmaison in Birmingham in June 2007. He left behind another stylish hotel, Malmaison Edinburgh, but admits to enjoying life in the Midlands (despite missing the sandy beaches of east coast Fife!)
Graeme began his career as a chef at Gleneagles, before doing “the circuit” including the Dorchester, Savoy, Claridges and Landmark hotels. He’s certainly the right man to ensure that eating and drinking in Malmaison Birmingham is a top quality treat.
In 2001 Graeme and Stephen Carter opened the prestigious St Andrews Bay Golf Resort and Spa. This is where Graeme “crossed over”, becoming Director of Food and Beverage and then Resident Manager.
Graeme’s a keen marathon runner and golfer.
